The Holistic Company Audit™ is a diagnostic and strategic engagement. Implementation services such as website redesigns, rebranding, marketing campaigns, automation systems, CRM optimization, AI agents, custom applications, internal tools, dashboards, or development work are not included in this scope.
Where appropriate, implementation recommendations and project proposals can be provided separately following completion of the audit.

Final report, AMOT scorecard, roadmap, and implementation blueprint are delivered. Executive working session reviews all findings, aligns on priorities, and defines next steps with your leadership team.
