One defined business challenge
We agree on the problem the engagement must clarify and the decision it needs to support.

Strategic Diagnostic
A 10-business-day engagement for leadership teams that know something important is slowing progress but do not yet have a shared diagnosis or confident next move.
Evidence-backed findings, ranked priorities, and a clear 90-day direction.
Starting Scope
We agree on the problem the engagement must clarify and the decision it needs to support.
We select the perspective most relevant to where the friction appears. You do not need to choose the lens yourself.
We include the context needed to understand the selected problem without turning the work into an organization-wide study.
We examine the existing assets, data, research, and operating context that can support or challenge the current assumptions.
Diagnostic Lenses
The lens focuses the engagement. The Diagnostic still considers connected effects across the business.
When positioning, messaging, offer clarity, trust, or perceived maturity are weakening buyer confidence.
When qualified demand, conversion, sales narrative, or handoffs across the customer journey are breaking down.
When product direction, onboarding, usability, adoption, or service experience are creating friction.
When ownership, workflows, systems, handoffs, or competing priorities are slowing execution.
When the challenge genuinely spans several functions. Holistic work is normally an expanded scope beyond the $5,000 starting engagement.
What You Receive
How it works
We confirm the selected challenge, constraints, available evidence, stakeholders, and the decision the engagement must enable. Leadership receives a written problem frame before deeper analysis begins.
We review the relevant evidence, gather the approved stakeholder perspectives, and identify connected friction, assumptions, and evidence gaps.
We rank the findings, define the 90-day direction, and facilitate an executive debrief to confirm ownership and the next decision.
The Discipline Behind the Work
AMOT guides how we align around the problem, map the system, prioritize what matters, and prepare the next change. It supports the Diagnostic; it is not an additional product the client needs to buy.
Explore AMOT FrameworkEstablish a shared and honest picture of the selected problem.
Identify where the system works, where it breaks, and how the issues connect.
Prioritize the few changes that deserve attention first.
Define what should move into implementation, who should own it, and how progress should be measured.
Scope
Implementation is not included. If the findings require execution, SVS can propose a separately scoped Implementation engagement—or the client can use the decision package with its internal team.
Bring Us the Situation
Tell us what changed, what is slowing progress, and what leadership needs to decide. We will confirm whether the 10-day starting scope is the right fit before any work begins.
